Home Building Process

Pre-Site
Step 1: New Home Selection
Congratulations! This is the beginning of your exciting journey with TPG Property Group, where we explore the best siting options while you focus on the design and styling for your new home.

One of the most fun and thrilling stages in building your new home is choosing your interior and exterior colours, surface finishes, flooring, appliances, and fixtures.

Step 3: Tender
At this stage, we prepare your tender to build, which is based on your sales quote, site survey, soil testing, and preliminary engineering work.

Step 4: Contract Sign-Off
This is where everything becomes real! We’ll prepare your building contract along with the working drawings for you to review, approve, and sign.

Step 5: Site Start Preparation
Now that your contract is signed, there are just a few final steps before construction begins. This phase includes confirming loan approval and reviewing your construction drawings before signing off for the final time.

Construction Process
Step 6: Site Start
Construction officially kicks off! A Consultant will guide you through the necessary steps to prepare for this exciting stage.

Step 7: Base Stage
The foundation of your home is laid with the pouring of the concrete slab—your first major milestone!

Step 8: Frame Stage
Carpenters start putting up the wall frames and roof trusses. A Building Surveyor also completes a quality inspection at this stage.

Step 9: Lock-up Stage
Your home starts to take shape with brickwork, roof tiles, external doors, and windows being installed.

Step 10: Fixing Stage
Plaster is added to internal walls and ceilings, while the skirting boards, architraves, internal doors, and kitchen/bathroom cabinets are installed.

Step 11: Completion Stage
Final touches like painting and tiling are finished. Electrical and plumbing installations are completed, alongside stone benchtops, shower screens, and mirrors. External rendering (if applicable) is also done.

Step 12: Settlement
Congratulations! Your home is complete, and it’s time to move in. A handover will be done on-site, with appliance installation scheduled after settlement.

If there’s anything needing attention, we’ll arrange for all repairs to be carried out smoothly at this stage.

Step 12: Finalizing Works
